Answer to some of our most frequently asked questions—but we’re always here to help in real life as well.

General

Do you carry natural wine?

Yes! We have a range of low-intervention styles.

Do you have locally made wines and spirits?

Yes, we do carry some Long Island and NY State wines and spirits.

Do you offer a case discount?

Yes, we offer 10% off a case of 12 wines. We do not discount spirits.

Do you have a wine club?

We will be launching our wine club very soon. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when!

Do you carry non-alcoholic beverages and mixers?

No, we are not allowed to sell those products.

Why don’t I recognize the labels, I don’t see any wines I know?

We focus on small production wines and spirits, with a strong preference for high quality farming and thoughtful production. Many of our products are unique, small batch, and harder to find.

Do you carry organic wine?

Yes, we have many organic, biodynamic, and sustainably produced wines.

Do you sell kosher wine?

Yes, we have a small selection of kosher wines.

What are your store hours?

WINTER STORE HOURS

Mon-Thur: 12pm - 6pm

Fri: 12pm - 7pm

Sat-Sun: 12pm - 6pm

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.

Shipping

Do you ship wine?

No, we do not ship wine at this time.

Do you deliver wine locally?

We will soon be offing limited local delivery for a flat rate of $10 for orders over $75. Stay tuned for our launch!

Returns

What is your return policy?

In general we do not offer refunds on wine. The one exception is in the rare event of a corked wine. Please return the corked wine to us within 10 days of purchase and we will issue a store credit if we agree. We do not offer returns on wine for any other reason and we do not offer returns on spirits.
